For the purpose of this chapter, the Borough of Merchantville
is hereby divided into the following six (6) use districts:
R-1 Residential Single-Family District
R-2 Residential Single-Family District
R-3 Residential Single-Family District
R-4 Residential Multifamily District
B-1 Central Business District
B-2 Neighborhood Business District
The boundaries of said use districts shall be as shown upon
the map attached to and made a part of this chapter entitled the "Zoning
Map, Borough of Merchantville" on file in the office of the Borough
Clerk. The map and all notations, references and other information
shown thereon shall be as much a part of this chapter as if the matter
and information shown by said map were all fully described herein.

Zoning Map amendments.

Ordinance 2015-06. The Zoning Map is amended to add Block 9, Lots
2, 3 and 4 to the B-2 Neighborhood Business District.

No. 20-02. The boundaries of said use districts shall be as shown
upon the map attached to and made a part of this chapter, entitled
the "Zoning Map, Borough of Merchantville," on file in the office
of the Borough Clerk. The map and all notations, references and other
information shown thereon shall be as much a part of this chapter
as if the matter and information shown by said map were all fully
described herein.
