The provisions of this chapter shall be enforced by one or more
certified Animal Control Officers or by a firm or municipality contracting
with the Borough which employs a Certified Animal Control Officer.

No person shall hinder, molest, or interfere with anyone authorized
or empowered to perform any duty under this chapter.
