[HISTORY: Adopted by the Township Committee of the Township
of Barnegat 2-4-80 as Ord. No. 1980-3. Amendments noted where applicable.]
A Holiday Celebrations Committee is hereby established within
the Township of Barnegat as follows.
This Committee shall be established to serve at the pleasure
of the governing body, with all appointments for a term of one (1)
year.

Any ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith
are hereby repealed, but only to the extent of such consistency.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon final adoption
and publication as provided by law.
