N.J.S.A. 40:8A-1 et seq., the Interlocal Services Act, authorizes
governing bodies of municipalities of the State of New Jersey to enter
into regional agreements whereby one (1) or more parties thereto shall
provide services which any party to the agreement is empowered to
render within its own jurisdiction; and under the agreement the Borough
of Closter has offered to provide the services set forth therein.

a.
The Borough of Rockleigh hereby agrees to enter into the aforementioned
agreement with the Boroughs of Alpine, Closter, Demarest, Harrington
Park, Northvale and Norwood for the provision by the Borough of Closter
for the communication services to be supplied by it in accordance
with the terms of the agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "agreement"),
and the Mayor and Municipal Clerk are hereby authorized to execute
the agreement on behalf of the Borough of Rockleigh and all other
documents reasonably related thereto necessary to effectuate the terms
of this section and the agreement.
b.
The execution by the Borough of Rockleigh is conditioned upon the
execution of the agreement by all of the other municipalities, parties
thereto, the Boroughs of Alpine, Closter, Demarest, Harrington Park,
Northvale and Norwood.

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:8A-4, the terms of the agreement need not
be set forth in full in this section and need not be published. True
copies of the agreement shall be available for inspection at the Municipal
Offices.

for police services and resources.
