There is hereby adopted as the Personnel Policies and Procedures
Manual of the Borough of Rockleigh a document entitled, "Personnel
Policies and Procedures Manual, Borough of Rockleigh, For Full-time,
Part-time Employees" dated Revision May 1, 2013, a copy of which is
on file in the Office of the Municipal Clerk.

The Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual may be amended
from time to time as determined by the Mayor and the Council by the
adoption of a resolution detailing any such amendment.
