Unless specifically prohibited in this article, the following
regulations shall apply to all R-5 Districts.
Principal uses and building permitted are as follows:

Accessory uses, structures and buildings permitted shall be:

Home occupations as defined in § 228-3A of this chapter.

Density: one dwelling unit per twenty thousand (20,000) square feet.
B.Â
Minimum Lot Width: eighty (80) feet.
C.Â
Minimum Lot Area: eight thousand (8,000) square feet. Corner lots:
8,800 square feet.
D.Â
Front yard setback for principal and accessory structures: thirty-five
(35) feet.
E.Â
Side Yard Setback for principal and accessory structures: one side:
Ten (10) feet; two sides: 20 feet.
F.Â
Rear Yard Setback: Twenty (20) feet.
G.Â
Accessory Building Rear Yard Setback: Ten (10) feet.
H.Â
Maximum Height: Thirty-five (35) feet.
I.Â
Building Coverage: twenty-five (25% percent.
