The following regulations shall apply to all uses in Village Green Three and Village Green Three A.
Permitted uses shall be:
A. 
Single family detached residential structures.
B. 
Single family attached residential structures, including and encouraging a variety of housing types and styles such as single family attached, patio houses, atrium houses, townhouses and other dwelling unit types.
C. 
Multifamily residential structures, including and encouraging a variety of housing types and styles.
D. 
Accessory uses and structures customarily auxiliary thereto and as further restricted by the prohibited uses in this zone.

E. 
Public buildings, including public schools and Township facilities.
F. 
Quasi public buildings, including places of worship.
G. 
Parks, playgrounds and other public recreational and open space uses.
H. 
Housing for senior citizens (elderly). Housing for senior citizen occupants through the use of a state or federal housing subsidy program shall be a permitted use in this zone. Such housing shall meet all the area and yard requirements as set forth under Chapter 132, Land Use Procedures, of the Code of the Township of East Brunswick.

All uses not specifically listed above as permitted uses are hereby prohibited.
B. 
The following uses shall also be prohibited:

(1) 
Mechanical amusement devices and mechanical amusement facilities.
(2) 
All accessory structures except in accordance with standards established at time of P.U.R.D. preliminary approval pursuant to § 228-118.7.
(3) 
Sex clubs and massage parlors.

Newspaper Vending Machines.

Limousine or livery service.
