A. 
This chapter shall be enforced by the Zoning Officer, who is empowered to cause any building, structure, place or premises to be inspected and examined.
The owner or agent of a building or premises where a violation of any provision of this chapter shall have been committed or shall exist, or the lessee or tenant of any part of the building or premises in which such violation shall have been committed or shall exist, or the agent, architect, building contractor or any other person who shall commit, take part in or assist in any such violation or who shall maintain any building or premises in which any violation of this chapter shall exist shall be guilty of a violation of this chapter, and a summons shall be issued. If an appeal shall have been filed with the Board of Adjustment within sixty five (65) days of the order, the Municipal Court action on the summons shall be stayed in accordance with § 132-24 of the Code of the Township of East Brunswick.

B. 
The violation of any determination or the terms and conditions contained in any determination of the Planning Board, Board of Adjustment or Township Council made under the provisions of this chapter or otherwise provided for by law shall also be deemed a violation of this chapter.

C. 
Any failure by the applicant or any successors or assigns to construct, operate or maintain any building, structure or use in a manner other than that provided for in the site plan approved by the Approving Authority shall constitute a violation of this chapter and shall be the basis for the issuance of a stop notice, the filing of a complaint or any other legal remedy available to the Township.

Whenever in this chapter there is a reference to the Planning Board or the Zoning Board of Adjustment, such reference shall be deemed to refer to the agency having jurisdiction pursuant to this chapter, Chapter 132, Land Use Procedures, and the Municipal Land Use Law.
