The following fees shall be charged for furnishing breathalyzer
tests ampoules, which require specialized handling and packaging because
the ampoules contain concentrated acid - $7.50.

A fee of $10 shall be charged for each tape recording of Township
proceedings.

A.
All request for discovery in matters pending in the East Brunswick
Municipal Court shall be submitted through the Municipal Prosecutor.
B.
The following fees shall be payable by the requestor to the Township
of East Brunswick for the discovery provided:
(a)

per page for each of the first 10 pages photocopied
(b)
$0.50
per page for each of the next 10 pages photocopied
(c)
$0.25
per page for each of the pages photocopied thereafter

Photographs
will be photocopied at the rates established herein. If requests are
made for duplicate photographs, the actual cost of making the photographs
shall be charged.

Duplication
of videotapes constitute an extraordinary duplication process and
will be charged at the rate of $5 per videotape.
(h)
On
any item that cannot be photocopied on the Township copy machine or
not otherwise provided for in this schedule, the actual cost incurred
in making the copy shall be charged.
C.
Where the discovery must be obtained from an entity other than the
Township of East Brunswick, e.g. another police department, the actual
costs paid to the other entity shall be paid to the other entity shall
be paid by the requestor.
Where the document in question is more than $100 pages in length,
the Clerk may permit the person requesting copies to use his own copying
machine, provided that there is no risk of damage or mutilation of
the documents and that it would not be incompatible with the transaction
of public business. Such determination shall be completely within
the discretion of the Clerk.

The topical maps of the area of this Township prepared by Atlantis Aerial Survey Company, Inc. compiled from photography dated December, 1996 consisting of topographic maps at scales of 1"=30' with 1' contours can be purchased at the fee established in Section 3-114 of this code.
A digital form (AUTOCAD) of these topographic maps can be purchased at an additional fee established in Section 3-114 of this code.
In order to prevent physical damage/deterioration to these maps,
tracing of these maps by any means is not permitted. No person who
purchases a print, sepia, digital or other form of reproducible copy
of any street or portion of a sheet of the aforesaid topographic maps
shall sell or permit the sale of such print, sepia, or digital form
or the sale of any reproduction or copy thereof or the sale of any
portion thereof or the sale of any reproduction or copy of a portion
thereof.

A.
The following fees shall be charged for assigning a police officer
or a special reserve police officer on quasi-duty and/or traffic duty:

B.
An additional percentage fee, not to exceed 9%, of the total rate
per hour will be charged by the Township to reimburse the Township
for administrative costs incurred by the Township.
C.
Should
the Township of East Brunswick contract with an outside service provider
to administer and/or manage the assigning of police officers or special
reserve police officers on quasi-duty and/or traffic duty, the third-party
persons and entities ("vendor') requesting the services shall pay
any additional fee(s) charged by any outside service provider at the
then-current rate.

A.
Fees for services and reimbursement of costs is hereby authorized
in accordance with Chapter 85 P.L. of 1991 permitting local municipalities
to recover the cost incurred for emergency response to HazMat incidence.
The Chief Finance Officer based upon support documents provided by
the Public Safety department is authorized to bill responsible part
causing the HazMat incident and seek reimbursement for equipment,
salaries at the burden rate, and materials required and used to contain
the hazardous material spill based upon inventory cost.
B.
The Chief Finance Officer is authorized to seek reimbursement from
the State of New Jersey through the Spill Compensation and Control
Act (P.L. 1996 C. 141).
The fees collected under this Article shall be deposited in
the East Brunswick Township General Revenue Account.

A.
The purpose of this section is to establish policies and procedures
for the collection of fees associated with the performance of marriage
by the Mayor.
B.
Persons seeking to be married by the Mayor of the Township of East
Brunswick shall remit a fee of $100. The fee shall be payable to the
Township of East Brunswick.
