No person shall resist, obstruct or interfere with any township
officer, including any police officer, park ranger or member of a
fire company or first aid squad, in the performance of his or her
duty, nor shall any person disobey the lawful orders or instructions
of any such officer or, without good reason, refuse or neglect to
assist him or her in the performance of his or her duty when requested
to do so.
A.Â
No person shall drive any vehicle over a fire hose except upon the
specific permission or orders of the officer in charge where the hose
is being used.
B.Â
No person shall park any vehicle or otherwise cause any obstruction
to be placed on or within twenty (20) feet of the driveway approach
of any firehouse or other place where fire apparatus is then stored
or within ten (10) feet of any fire hydrant.
C.Â
No unauthorized person with any vehicle shall follow within two hundred
(200) feet of any fire or rescue apparatus.
No person shall knowingly turn in or cause to be turned in a
false fire alarm.
No unauthorized person shall open any fire hydrant without written
permission of the township.
