§ 109-14 Reporting required.

Any person knowing of any thing being offered for sale as food for human consumption which he has reason to believe is spoiled, contaminated or otherwise unfit for human consumption shall immediately report such fact to the Department of Health, Environment and Welfare or to one of its officers or inspectors.
