Traffic control signals shall be installed and operated at the
intersection of those streets described in Schedule XXIV attached
to and made a part of this chapter.
The traffic signal installation shall be in accordance with
the provisions of an act concerning motor vehicles and traffic regulations,
Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the New Jersey Statutes Annotated, shall
conform to the design and shall be maintained in operation as authorized
by the Department of Transportation of the State of New Jersey.

Subject to the provisions of Subtitle 1 of Title 39 the following
location shall utilize a Traffic Control Signal Monitoring System:
