The streets referred to on Schedule A are hereby deemed to be subject to municipal ordinances including but not limited to enforcement of vehicle and traffic laws in the Township of East Brunswick.
By the enactment of this ordinance, the Township of East Brunswick assumes no responsibility for ice and snow removal, leaf removal, garbage pickup, curbs and sidewalks, repair and maintenance, lighting, repair of drainage structures or any other activity.

(A) 
Those lands which are referred to on Schedule A[1] annexed hereto consist of common open space as part of the development referred to therein.

(B) 
The Homeowners Association or other owner of such lands referred to on Schedule A has agreed to convey an easement to the Township of East Brunswick so that Township employees may enter upon the lands referred to on Schedule A for the purpose of enforcing the law in the same manner as the Township of East Brunswick enforces the law for lands which are open to the general public.
(C) 
By adoption of this ordinance, the Township hereby agrees to accept easements for each of the properties set forth on Schedule A whereby the grantor would convey to the Township of East Brunswick as grantee the right to enter upon the lands for the purpose of enforcing the law as set forth above.
