§ BH6-1 FEES FOR PERMIT TO LOCATE, CONSTRUCT OR REPAIR INDIVIDUAL SEWAGE SYSTEMS.

a. The fee for the permit to construct an individual sewage disposal system shall be six hundred ($600.00) dollars.

b. The fee for the permit to repair an individual sewage disposal system shall be one hundred ($100.00) dollars.

c. The fee for the permit to alter an individual sewage disposal system shall be as follows:

1. With expansion or change in use—six hundred ($600.00) dollars;

2. No expansion or change in use—three hundred ($300.00) dollars;

3. No new disposal field—one hundred fifty ($150.00) dollars; and

4. For re-review the fee is one hundred ($100.00) dollars.

d. The fee for the reinspection of individual sewage disposal systems caused by the failure of the permittee to locate and construct or alter the same in accordance with the terms of the permit shall be one hundred ($100.00) dollars.

e. The inspection fee for the Board of Health, its personnel and consultants to properly review and analyze for exemptions from sanitary sewer connections shall be three hundred ($300.00) dollars.
