The following uses are permitted in the P-1 District and no others:

Beach stabilization structure.

Dune protection and nourishment structure.

Pedestrian pier.

Enclosed public facilities, including but not limited to restrooms, lifeguard stands and bandstands. Such facilities are limited to locations west of the promenade.

Each lot shall have a minimum fifteen (15') foot setback from the front property line, except that properties fronting on the north side of John F. Kennedy Boulevard between Landis Avenue and Cini Street shall maintain a sixty (60') foot setback from the curb.
