N.J.S.A. 39:4-8 and N.J.S.A. 39:4-202 require that all traffic and parking ordinances be approved by the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation (except as provided in N.J.S.A. 39:4-8(b).
This Chapter 7, Traffic, received approval from the Department of Transportation October 20, 1992.
