[Adopted 9-26-2016 by Ord. No. 2016-01]
This chapter establishes certain pretreatment standards, rules
and regulations in accordance with those of the EPA and does so by
way of incorporating Ordinance 276 of 2015 of West Elizabeth Borough
in order to maintain uniform and consistent regulations for all users
within the West Elizabeth Sanitary Authority.
All powers, authority, obligations and duties provided West
Elizabeth Sanitary Authority in Ordinance 276 of 2015 of West Elizabeth
Borough shall also apply within the boundaries and jurisdiction of
Union Township. Said ordinance is hereby incorporated herein as if
fully set forth and attached hereto as Exhibit A.[1]

Any reference within Ordinance 276 of 2015 to West Elizabeth
Borough shall hereby include Union Township for purposes of this chapter.
