A.
Fishing
shall NOT be permitted on or within fifteen (15) feet of any concrete
pedestrian trail situated within Drake Harbor and shall extend to
the Swinging Bridge.
B.
Fish
cleaning shall be conducted in a professional manner. It shall be
unlawful for any person to leave remains of fish or any other living
organism anywhere other than Lake of the Ozarks or other designated
disposal stations.
C.
At
the mouth of Drake Harbor, cleaning of Paddle fish (Spoonbill) will
not be allowed on the courtesy fishing dock. Additionally, boats may
not anchor at this dock.
D.
There
shall be no parking in such a manner as to impede the flow of traffic
within the Drake Harbor Area. There shall be no parking in areas designated
as no parking areas.
