In addition to any fee paid or payable to the Township associated
with the issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall deposit
the sum of $200 with the Township to be held in escrow by the Township
pending final inspection of the work performed and the issuance of
an occupancy permit.
In the event the building permit issued for the construction
expires, or the applicant fails to properly renew or extend same prior
to the time a final inspection occurs, then the $200 deposit shall
be forfeited.
In the event the applicant completes the work prior to the expiration
of the building permit and obtains a satisfactory final inspection,
then the $200 deposit shall be refunded to the applicant at the time
the occupancy permit is issued.
Nothing in this resolution shall be deemed or construed to affect,
modify or otherwise alter any fee imposed for the issuance of building
permits or inspections by any other ordinance or resolution previously
adopted or enacted by the Board of Supervisors.
