The following areas are designated as lighting districts within the Township of Unity:
A. 
The Village of Baggaley and its environs;
B. 
The Village of Whitney and its environs;
C. 
The Village of Crabtree and its environs;
D. 
The subdivision collectively designated as Colonial Village;
E. 
The subdivision collectively designated as Glenn-Aire.
F. 
The Palmer Place Planned Residential Development.

Victoria Highlands Plan of Lots.

H. 
Spring Run Road Plan of Lots.

The subdivision collectively designated as Vista Morada.

A. 
The costs for the Baggaley, Whitney, and Crabtree Lighting Districts shall be assessed in accordance with § 2003(a)(2) of the Second Class Township [53 P.S. § 67003 (a)(2)] on the foot-front basis, with the annual charge to be determined as follows:
(1) 
Occupied lots at the rate of $0.28 per foot front.
(2) 
Unoccupied lots at the rate of $0.07 per foot front.
B. 
The costs for the Colonial Village Lighting District shall be assessed in accordance with § 2003(a)(2) of the Second Class Township Code [53 P.S. § 67003(a)(2)] on the foot-front basis, with the annual charge to be determined as follows:
(1) 
Occupied lots at the rate of $0.31 per foot front;
C. 
The costs for the Glenn-Aire Lighting District shall be assessed against each lot in the subdivision in accordance with § 2003(a)(3) of the Second Class Township Code [53 P.S. § 67003 (a)(3)], and the annual rate for each lot shall be $100.
D. 
The costs for Palmer Place Planned Residential Development shall be assessed against each lot or unit in the planned residential development in accordance with § 2003(a)(3) of the Second Class Township Code [53 P.S. § 6007(a)(3)] and the annual rate for each lot shall be $120.

E. 
The costs for the Vista Morada Lighting District shall be assessed against each lot in the subdivision in accordance with § 2003(a)(3) of the Second Class Township Code [53 P.S. § 6007(a)(3)] and the annual rate for each lot shall be $50.

F. 
The costs for the Timbercrest Plans of Lots shall be assessed against each lot or unit in the plan in accordance with § 2003(a)(3) of the Second Class Township Code [53 P.S. § 6007(a)(3) and the annual rate for each lot shall be $69; provided, however, that Lot No. 48, fronting on Frantz Road, shall be exempt from such assessment as it is not serviced by the lighting for this plan.

The Township Treasurer is authorized and directed to file the assessments for the service provided with the Township Tax Collector as provided under § 3003 (a) of the Second Class Township Code [53 P.S. § 68301 (a)].
