Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:48-2.46, parking is permitted within parking yards and parking places that are open to the public as follows:
a. 
Parking shall only be permitted within marked parking stalls within the parking lots of the following shopping centers, as shown on a map entitled "Location of West Caldwell Shopping Centers — Parking Enforcement Regulations," on file in the office of the Municipal Clerk:
1. 
Block 1000, Lot 2.
2. 
Block 1000, Lot 4.
3. 
Block 2101, Lot 2.
4. 
Block 2101, Lot 7.
5. 
Block 1504, Lot 1.
6. 
Block 2100, Lot 2.
b. 
Where more restrictive conditions exist, such as handicapped or fire zones, those restrictions shall apply.
A parking stall shall be considered the designated area bounded by white or yellow lines, which will accommodate one vehicle. Parking within the confines of the above enumerated areas shall be restricted to parking within the stalls.
Each shopping center enumerated in Subsection 11-35.1 shall install and maintain proper regulatory and warning signs at each and every entrance to the shopping center.
