Pursuant to the right reserved to municipalities by Title 33, particularly Chapter 1, Alcoholic Beverage Law 33:1-1 et seq. and amendments thereto, and more particularly 33:1-12, no plenary retail consumption, seasonal retail consumption, plenary retail distribution, limited retail distribution, club license, or any other license the granting of which shall be subject to the control of this municipality, shall be granted within or by the Borough of Mantoloking.
