Pursuant to the provisions of the "Local Housing Authority's
Law" of the State of New Jersey, N.J.S.A. 55:14-1 to N.J.S.A. 55:14A-48,
inclusive, as amended and supplemented, the Housing Authority of the
Borough of Belmar heretofore created by ordinance is continued.
