The following
locations shall have parking restrictions as listed, when properly
signposted:

Mondays from 1:00 A.M. – 5:00 A.M., any parking in such
a manner as to hamper the sweeping of said street in any way is guilty
of an ordinance violation and shall be punished in accordance with
this Schedule

Peters Street, south side, between First Street and Cuba Street
|
Two-hour limit Monday – Friday 6:00 A.M. – 6:00
P.M.; exception: Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays

B.
Penalty.
Fine of not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than five hundred
dollars ($500.00).
