As used in this chapter:
Any vehicle or vessel designed for travel across or through
water bodies, such as a boat, ship, hovercraft, submersible, or submarine.
Any vehicle used or intended to be used as a conveyance upon
public streets or highways and duly licensed as such; and shall include
self-propelled and non-self-propelled vehicles so designed and constructed
and reconstructed or added to by means of accessories in such manner
as to permit the occupancy thereof as a temporary dwelling or sleeping
place for one or more persons, and having no foundation other than
wheels, jacks or skirtings so arranged as to be integral with or portable
by the trailer or camp car.
Any vehicle with or without motive power, designed for carrying
persons or property and for being drawn by a motor vehicle and so
constructed that no part of its weight rests upon the towing vehicle.

a.
It shall be unlawful for any person to park any camp car on any street
or public property within the Borough.
b.
It shall be unlawful for any person to park a trailer, container
or unit detached from a tractor, semitrailer, trailer, cab unit or
any other vehicle upon any public street or public property while
it is detached from said unit. Any such occurrence is subject to impoundment
of the trailer, container or unit and penalty in accordance with this
chapter. Any impound and/or storage fees are the responsibility of
the registered owner of the trailer, container, or unit.
c.
It shall be unlawful for any person to park a boat or watercraft,
or boat or watercraft trailer upon any public street detached from
a tractor, semitrailer, trailer, cab unit or any other vehicle. No
person shall park a boat or watercraft, or boat or watercraft trailer
on public property at any time. Any such occurrence is subject to
impoundment of the boat, watercraft or trailer, in accordance with
this chapter. Any impound and/or storage fees are the responsibility
of the registered owner of a boat or watercraft, or boat or watercraft
trailer.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation, or partnership
to permit the storage of more than one trailer or camp car on any
premises within the limits of the Borough. Any such trailer or camp
car being stored shall not be used by any person as a dwelling or
sleeping place (temporary or otherwise).
