No person on Township-owned property shall kill, injure or disturb
any animal or bird, or have in his possession the young of any wild
animal, or the eggs or nest, or young, of any reptile or bird; or
damage any grass, tree, shrub, plant, soil, rock, sand or any building,
sign, structure or equipment upon any premises owned or leased by
the Township, except during a controlled deer hunt running concurrent
with the State of New Jersey firearm deer seasons.

The House and Barn at Hillside Park are available to the general
public to rent for events.
A.
The Hillside House fee schedule is as follows:
(1)
Andover Township residents shall be permitted to utilize the Hillside
House for a rental fee of $300 per day.
(2)
Nonresidents shall be permitted to utilize the Hillside House for
a rental fee of $400 per day.
(3)
Andover Township residents shall be permitted to utilize the Hillside
House for a rental fee of $400 per day if the rental falls on the
weekend of New Year's Day; Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr.;
Presidents Day; Good Friday; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor
Day; Columbus Day; Veterans Day; Thanksgiving Day; and/or Christmas
Day.
(4)
Nonresidents shall be permitted to utilize the Hillside House for
a rental fee of $550 per day if the rental falls on the weekend of
New Year's Day; Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr.; Presidents
Day; Good Friday; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Columbus
Day; Veterans Day; Thanksgiving Day; and/or Christmas Day.
(5)
Andover Township residents shall be permitted to utilize the Hillside
House for three consecutive days for rental fee of $700.
(6)
Nonresidents shall be permitted to utilize the Hillside House for
three consecutive days for rental fee of $900.
(7)
Township-based nonprofit youth groups and Greater Andover Senior
Group, FOP: Toys for Tots, Sustainable Andover: Winter Market, Andover
Township 8th Grade Dance, Andover Regional Education Foundation, Newton
High School Booster Club, and New Braves Midget Football shall be
permitted to utilize the Hillside House for up to three hours for
no charge, once per calendar year.
(8)
Township nonprofits, including members of boards and committees,
members of the Fire Department, Rescue Squad, Police Department, DPW
and Township employees, shall be permitted to utilize the Hillside
House at special rates once per calendar year:
(a)
Township employees and Township nonprofits: $150 per day.
(b)
If the rental falls on the weekend of New Year's Day; Birthday
of Martin Luther King, Jr.; Presidents Day; Good Friday; Memorial
Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Columbus Day; Veterans Day; Thanksgiving
Day; and/or Christmas Day, the rental fee shall be $250 per day.
(9)
Nonresident nonprofits shall be permitted to utilize the Hillside
House for $300 per day. However, if the rental falls on the weekend
of New Year's Day; Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr.; Presidents
Day; Good Friday; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Columbus
Day; Veterans Day; Thanksgiving Day; and/or Christmas Day, the rental
fee shall be $500 per day.
(10)
A $100 nonrefundable per rental day is to be submitted with
completed rental paperwork, said fee to be waived for Township-based
nonprofit youth groups and Greater Andover Seniors.
B.
The Hillside Barn fee schedule is as follows:
(1)
Andover Township residents shall be permitted to utilize the Hillside
Barn for a rental fee of $1,000 per day.
(2)
Nonresidents shall be permitted to utilize the Hillside Barn for
a rental fee of $1,200 per day.
(3)
Andover Township residents shall be permitted to utilize the Hillside
Barn for a rental fee of $1,300 per day if the rental falls on the
weekend of New Year's Day; Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr.;
Presidents Day; Good Friday; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor
Day; Columbus Day; Veterans Day; Thanksgiving Day; and/or Christmas
Day.
(4)
Nonresidents shall be permitted to utilize the Hillside Barn for
a rental fee of $1,500 per day if the rental falls on the weekend
of New Year's Day; Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr.; Presidents
Day; Good Friday; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Columbus
Day; Veterans Day; Thanksgiving Day; and/or Christmas Day.
(5)
Andover Township residents shall be permitted to utilize the Hillside
Barn for three consecutive days for rental fee of $2,600.
(6)
Nonresidents shall be permitted to utilize the Hillside Barn for
three consecutive days for rental fee of $3,200.
(7)
Township-based nonprofit youth groups and Greater Andover Senior
Group, FOP: Toys for Tots, Sustainable Andover: Winter Market, Andover
Township 8th Grade Dance, Andover Regional Education Foundation, Newton
High School Booster Club, and New Braves Midget Football shall be
permitted to utilize the Hillside Barn for up to three hours for no

Day; and/or Christmas Day, the rental fee shall be $800 per day.
(9)
Nonresident nonprofits shall be permitted to utilize the Hillside
Barn for $850 per day. However, if the rental falls on the weekend
of New Year's Day; Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr.; Presidents
Day; Good Friday; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Columbus
Day; Veterans Day; Thanksgiving Day; and/or Christmas Day, the rental
fee shall be $1,000 per day.
(10)
