Any changes to the approved Landscape Plan must be approved
by the Borough Landscape Architect prior to construction. If unapproved
or inadequate landscape is implemented, then appropriate replacement
shall be required.
The Borough Council is authorized to set reasonable fees and
charges for the implementation of this chapter.
If the provisions of this chapter conflict with other ordinances
or regulations, the more stringent limitation or requirement shall
govern or prevail to the extent of the conflict.
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or provision of
this chapter shall be held invalid for any reason, the remainder of
this chapter shall not be affected thereby but shall remain in full
force and effect.
