A.
There is hereby adopted the International Building Code of 2003,
which code and supplement are published by the International Code
Council, Inc., and which code and supplement are adopted as fully
as if set out in this Section. One (1) copy of the building code and
supplement thereto adopted in this Section shall be on file in the
office of the City Clerk and shall be available for public inspection.
C.
The building code as adopted by the City of Owensville may, as necessary,
from time to time be amended to add local modifications and revisions
as may be approved by the Board as recommended by the City Engineer.
