A.
There is hereby adopted as the mechanical code of the City the International
Mechanical Code, being particularly the 2003 Edition thereof, as published
and recommended by the International Code Council, Inc.
B.
The provisions of the mechanical code adopted in Subsection (A) shall control all mechanical installations in the City except where the mechanical code so adopted conflicts with any provision of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Owensville. One (1) copy of the mechanical code adopted in this Section shall be file in the office of the City Clerk and available for public inspection.
C.
The mechanical code as adopted by the City of Owensville may, as
necessary, from time to time be amended to add local modifications
as may be approved by the Board as recommended by the City Engineer.
