A.
The International Fire Prevention Code, being particularly the 2003
Edition thereof, as published by the International Code Council, Inc.,
is hereby adopted in full as if set out verbatim in this Section.
One (1) copy of this code so adopted shall be on file in the office
of the City Clerk and shall be available for public inspection.
B.
The fire code so adopted shall govern all buildings, construction
and use of buildings within the City unless in conflict with another
ordinance of the City, in which case such ordinance shall prevail.
C.
The fire code as adopted by the City of Owensville may, as necessary,
from time to time be amended to add local modifications and revisions
as may be approved by the Board as recommended by the City Engineer.

Sections F301.0 through F301.10 of the National Fire Prevention
Code, 1990, are hereby repealed.
