It is illegal for any person, persons, corporations or other
entity to dump garbage, refuse, debris, tin cans, other food receptacles
or papers anywhere within the limits of the City, other than for purposes
of pickup and haul-away by the regularly authorized person, persons,
or corporation hired by the City for such purpose. (Ref. 16-231, 16-240

The City, within its discretion, may post those places where
dumping has heretofore taken place with the following sign:
"NO DUMPING, THOSE CAUGHT ARE SUBJECT TO ARREST AND PROSECUTION
WITHIN THE LIMITS OF THE LAW."
