Games of chance, bingo, raffles and such as are or may hereafter
be licensed under the Bingo Licensing Law and the Raffles Licensing
Law may be conducted on Sunday in the Township of Montague, Sussex
County, New Jersey, after 10:30 a.m.

The Municipal Clerk is delegated the authority to act as the 'issuing
authority' to approve the granting of raffle and bingo licenses.
