No stable, outhouse, building or accessory building used for
the keeping or housing of animals or fowl shall be located within
100 feet of any property line, and shall otherwise comply with the
provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the Borough of Farmingdale.

The keeping, boarding or maintaining of any horses, swine, sheep
and cows shall not be permitted unless such horses, swine, sheep and
cows are kept, boarded or maintained on premises where there shall
be sufficient ground area so that there shall be a minimum of one
acre for each one horse, or seven swine, or five sheep, or one cow.

In keeping, harboring, boarding or maintaining of animals and
fowl, the following rules and regulations regarding the same shall
be followed:
a. All stables, buildings or accessory buildings must be cleaned of
all manure, garbage and other filth.
b. All manure, garbage and filth must be placed in and kept in closed
manure pits 100 feet from property lines of such design and construction
that flies, insects and rodents cannot have access to the contents
thereof.
c. All manure, garbage and filth must be removed from the premises or
spread and treated with lime for cultivation purposes.
d. All buildings, stables and accessory buildings shall be fogged or
sprayed at least twice each week, with an insecticide which is designed
and intended to kill flies, insects and rodents.

Any person, persons, firm or corporation violating any of the
provisions of this section shall be subject to a fine not exceeding
$200 and/or imprisonment in jail for a person not exceeding 90 days
or both in the discretion of the Judge of the Municipal Court. Every
day that a violation shall be found to exist shall constitute a separate
violation of this section.
