§ 1-1101 Compliance with statutes.

All insurance companies, associations or exchanges doing business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania shall be required to comply with Act No. 1992-98, approved July 9, 1992, as amended,[1] which requires them, inter alia, to obtain a municipal certificate prior to payment of any fire loss claims in the Borough of Homestead.
