East Pittsburgh Borough Council hereby revokes and rescinds
the authority of the East Pittsburgh Fire Department to fight fires
or to perform any safety or firefighting services in East Pittsburgh
Borough.
Attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit "A" is a
proposed contract between East Pittsburgh Borough and Braddock Volunteer
Fire Department No. 2 to perform firefighting and related services
in the Borough. The same is approved and Borough officials are authorized
to execute the same.
This chapter shall take effect on June 18, 2015, 12:01 p.m.
