The Borough of Thornburg hereby authorizes the transfer of Borough
records, as that term is defined in the memorandum of understanding
attached hereto as Exhibit A,[1] to the Senator John Heinz History Center on such terms
and conditions as are set forth in said memorandum of understanding,
which terms and conditions are incorporated herein and made a part
hereof.

The Borough of Thornburg hereby authorizes and directs the proper
officers of the Borough to execute the memorandum of understanding
and to take any action or execute any documents necessary to implement
said memorandum of understanding.
