A.
Any person who violates any chapter, article or section of this Code
in which a specific penalty for a violation is not provided or for
which a penalty is not provided by statute shall be punishable, upon
conviction thereof, by a fine not exceeding $2,000, imprisonment for
a term not exceeding 90 days, or a period of community service not
exceeding 90 days, or any combination thereof.

B.
Each day that a violation of any chapter of this Code continues shall
constitute a separate offense.
