Township of West Deptford, NJ Article III Readoption of Land Use Legislation

Be it ordained by the Township Committee of the Township of West Deptford, in the County of Gloucester, State of New Jersey:

§ 1-16 Readoption of legislation.

In accordance with the Municipal Land Use Law, P.L. 1975, c. 291 (N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq.), as amended, Chapter 102, Land Use Procedures, adopted 12-2-1976 by Ord. No. 76-16, as amended; Chapter 143, Subdivision and Development, adopted 6-19-1980 by Ord. No. 80-10, as amended; and Chapter 166, Zoning, adopted 12-21-1978 by Ord. No. 78-17, as amended, of the Code of the Township of West Deptford are hereby readopted as amended in § 1-17 of this ordinance.

§ 1-17 Amendments.

A. Chapter 102, Land Use Procedures, adopted 12-2-1976 by Ord. No. 76-16, as amended, is amended as follows:[1]

B. Chapter 166, Zoning, adopted 12-21-1978 by Ord. No. 78-17, as amended, is amended as follows:[2]
