In order to address safety problems that exist for ingress and
egress to the Riverton Borough School, the following streets, upon
which the Riverton Borough School is located, shall be closed to traffic
on days that the school is in session, as follows:

Proper warnings signs shall be posted when these streets are
closed to through traffic.
Any person who violates the terms of this article shall be subject
to a fine not to exceed $1,000 or imprisonment for a period not exceeding
90 days or a period of community service not exceeding 90 days, or
any combination thereof.
