The Township of West Deptford Municipal Alliance Committee is hereby established pursuant to P.L. 1989, c. 51.[1]

The Mayor, with the advice and consent of the Township Committee, shall appoint Municipal Alliance members to the Township of West Deptford Municipal Alliance Committee. The term of each Committee member shall be from January 1 to December 31.
The Township of West Deptford Municipal Alliance Committee is not authorized nor permitted to obligate the Township to any financial commitments or responsibilities, unless so approved by the governing body by formal action.

The bylaws of the West Deptford Municipal Alliance Committee are hereby approved by Township Committee of the Township of West Deptford. (The bylaws may be found in the Township offices.)
