The Township Committee is hereby authorized to act directly
as the Redevelopment Agency pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-4(c) regarding
implementation of the River Center Redevelopment Plan. Any prior Redevelopment
Agency created through ordinance or resolution by the Township Committee
of the Township of West Deptford be and is hereby dissolved forthwith.
Pursuant to the dissolution of any prior Redevelopment Agency
created by the Township Committee, there are no outstanding debts
or obligations to any creditor of such agency or authority.
The Township Committee, acting as a Redevelopment Agency pursuant
to N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-4(c), hereby assumes all of those services provided
by any prior agency or authority which are necessary for the health,
safety and welfare of the recipient of those services.
