It shall be unlawful for any person, without the written consent being first obtained from the Township Committee of the Township of West Deptford:
A. 
To tear up, excavate or otherwise injure or destroy any portion of a road under the control of the Township Committee of the Township of West Deptford by and through its Township Committee.
B. 
To drive upon any Township road with any vehicle or farm implement which injures or tears up the surface or shoulder or which in any way damages any Township road or any portion thereof.
C. 
To obstruct, injure, damage or destroy any gutter, sidewalk, shoulder or slope of any Township road.
D. 
To throw or cause to be thrown or placed upon any Township road trash, stones, dirt or other materials other than for the purpose of constructing, repairing and maintaining Township roads.
E. 
To discharge or drain, or permit or cause to be discharged or drained, upon any Township road any liquid or material such as sewage, washwater, drainage from any pigpen, barnyard or other place where the fluid or liquid discharged constitutes waste material.
F. 
To cause any material, fluid or substance to be on any Township road which impedes or obstructs or makes dangerous the traffic thereon.
It shall be unlawful for any person to dump or otherwise deposit garbage, rubbish material, paper, trade wastes, ashes mixed with any materials in any other refuse or discarded materials, except ashes free from all other materials, earth, street dirt and incinerator residue, on any land, vacant or occupied, within the bounds of any roads in the Township of West Deptford, or land adjacent thereto, except on such landfills as licensed under statutory provisions.

The Police Department, Inspector's Office and Department of Public Works are hereby designated as the enforcing agencies for this article.
