The compensation to be paid to Councilmen of the Borough of
Green Lane, excepting the President of Council, shall for the year
1999 and henceforth until repealed or amended be the sum of $600 yearly,
payable in equal quarterly sums of $150 each.
The compensation to be paid to the President of Borough Council
for the year 1999 and henceforth until repealed or amended shall be
the sum of $900 yearly, payable in equal quarterly sums of $225 each.
The compensation to be paid to the Mayor of the Borough of Green
Lane for year 1999 and henceforth until repealed or amended shall
be the sum of $900 yearly, payable in equal quarterly sums of $225
each.
The compensation to be paid to the Zoning Hearing Board members
for the year 1999 and henceforth until repealed or amended shall be
the sum of $50 for each meeting attended.
The Secretary-Treasurer shall withhold from each such above
established quarterly payments such amounts as are required by federal
and state taxing authorities and forward said withheld sums to the
appropriate taxing authorities on account of the various taxes for
which such sums are withheld.
All other ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed,
and specifically Ord. No. 89-4, dated December 18, 1989, is hereby
repealed.
