There was heretofore created a Board of Trustees of the Firemen's Relief and Pension Fund of the city, with membership, organization, powers, duties, and functions as prescribed by Title 11, 1991 O.S., Section 49-103, and as may be provided by any later laws relating to the board. Said Board of Trustees shall continue in full force and effect.
The Firemen's Relief and Pension Fund shall be operated in accordance with state law relating to the funds, and pensions and other benefits shall be paid as provided by state law.
1. 
Commencing on January 1, 1975, the Treasurer of the City of Weatherford, shall deduct each pay period from the salary or wages of each paid member of the Fire Department a percentage amount, set by the Statutes of the State of Oklahoma, of the salary or wages paid members of the Fire Department. The amount so deducted shall be deposited each month by the Treasurer in the Firemen's Relief and Pension Fund.
2. 
The Treasurer of the City of Weatherford, shall deposit monthly from the general fund of the City of Weatherford into the Firemen's Relief and Pension Fund commencing on January 1, 1975, a percentage amount, set by the Statutes of the State of Oklahoma, of the total salaries or wages paid members of the Fire Department.
