That from and after the adoption and passage of this ordinance,
the City of Weatherford may establish sole-provider service and issue
exclusive license for emergency and/or nonemergency medical service
without violating anti-trust laws as allowed by Title 63, as last
amended by Section 1 of Enrolled House Bill No. 1768 of the Second
Session of the 42nd Oklahoma Legislature, 330.81, 330.82 and 330.83,
and Section 1 of Enrolled Senate Bill No. 679 of the 2nd session of
the 42nd Oklahoma Legislature, which relates to emergency medical
service, according to Enrolled House Bill No. 1645, Signed by the
Governor, May 30, 1990.
