It is unlawful for persons to assemble together, or, being assembled together, to act in concert to do any unlawful act against the peace, or to the terror of others or to make any movement thereto or any preparation therefor, or otherwise to assemble together unlawfully or riotously.

1. 
It is unlawful for any person to disturb the peace of another or others by:
a. 
Violent, obstreperous, or improper conduct or carriage; or
b. 
Using, operating or permitting the use or operation of any radio receiving set, musical instrument, television, phonograph, stereo, or other machine or device for the production or reproduction of any sound that is plainly audible; or
(1) 
For the purpose of this section, PLAINLY AUDIBLE – Shall mean any noise that can be clearly heard at a distance of 50 feet or more, the property line, in another structure or vehicle. Measurement standards shall be by the auditory senses, based upon direct line of sight. Words and phrases need not be discernible and base reverberations are included.
(2) 
It shall be prima facie evidence of a violation of the subsection if the sound can be heard outside the limits described in section 15-44.1b1.
c. 
Unseemly, obscene, offensive, or abusive language; or
d. 
To insult another or others by such conduct or language.
2. 
It is unlawful for a parent or guardian to allow a juvenile that is under their direct or indirect supervision to violate the provisions of this section.
a. 
For the purpose of this section, ALLOW – shall mean any violation of this section by a juvenile under the parent or guardian's direct or indirect supervision after the parent or guardian has been notified in writing of a previous violation of this section.
3. 
It is an affirmative defense to a charge under this section that the operation of any machine or device for the production or reproduction of sound for any of the following circumstances:
a. 
The machine or device was being operated to request medical or vehicular assistance or to warn of an immediate hazard;
b. 
The machine or device was being operated on an emergency or public safety vehicle;
c. 
The machine or device was used in authorized public activities, such as parades, fireworks, sports events, or other activities that have been approved by the Mayor of the City of Weatherford or his/her designee.
d. 
This section shall not prohibit religious bodies from playing chimes, bells, carillons, or other religious music.
It is unlawful for any person to disturb any congregation or assembly or persons meeting for religious worship by making noise, by rude, indecent or improper behavior, by profane, improper or loud language, or in any other manner, either within the place of assembly or within hearing distance thereof.
It is unlawful for any person to disturb any lawful public gathering or assembly by making noise, by rude, indecent, or improper behavior, by profane improper or loud language, or in any manner, either within the place of assembly or within hearing distance thereof.
It is unlawful for any person to display any sign, emblem, badge, flag, or device which in its common acceptance is insulting, profane, or abusive to the citizens of the city, and which is calculated or of which the natural consequence is, to cause a breach of the peace or an assault.
It is unlawful for any person to circulate any literature or use any language within the city, that casts profane ridicule on any deity or religion, which in its common acceptance is calculated to cause a breach of the peace or an assault.
No person shall use any obscene or profane language on any street, alley or public grounds of the city, nor shall any person address indecent or insulting language to any person or by words or innuendo, make any indecent proposal to any person. Such acts are unlawful and an offense against the city.
It shall be unlawful and an offense to sell, or offer for sale, any indecent or obscene book, picture, statue or other thing, or perform or exhibit any obscene play or other exhibition.
It shall be unlawful and an offense for any person in any public place to expose or open to public view, write, draw, carve, mark, cut or make any obscene or indecent word or sentence, design or figure.
