[HISTORY: Adopted by Mayor and Council of Borough of Wenonah 12-30-1976. Amendments noted where applicable.]
The Mayor and Council shall approve or disapprove all claims at a regular or special meeting, and shall disburse moneys for payment of claims as follows:
A. 
Upon proper voucher by a check drawn by the Borough Clerk.
B. 
Countersigned by the Mayor or President of the Borough Council.
C. 
Countersigned by the Borough Treasurer.
All ordinances or parts thereof which are inconsistent with any of the terms herein are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its final passage and publication as required by law.
