It shall be unlawful for any person or persons or corporation
to place, scatter, spread or deposit, or cause to be placed, scattered,
spread or deposited, any oil or other substance of like nature upon
any street, avenue or sidewalk of the Borough of Wenonah.
Any person or persons so offending shall be deemed guilty of
a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be liable to a fine not
exceeding $100, together with the cost of removing such oil or such
other substance of like nature, for each and every offense.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately.
