As used in this ordinance, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
Any vehicle, whether self-propelled or otherwise, used or
maintained to be used as a conveyance upon the public streets or highways
and so designed, constructed, reconstructed or added to, by means
of accessories, in such manner as to permit the occupancy thereof
as a temporary or permanent dwelling or sleep place, and having no
foundation other than wheels, jacks or skirting so arranged as to
be integral with or portable by said trailer, camp car, boat, boat
trailer and cargo trailer.

It shall be unlawful for any person to park any trailer or camp
car on any street or road in the Borough of Wenonah or on any premises
within the Borough of Wenonah, except for the purpose of making repairs,
for any period longer than two hours. Storage shall be permitted for
longer than two hours as long as any such trailer or camp car is in
the back yard or off the street to the rear of the residence.
No person shall use any such trailer or camp car while parked
within the limits of the Borough of Wenonah as a dwelling or sleeping
place.
No person shall use any such trailer or camp car undergoing
repairs or stored as a dwelling or sleeping place.
No person shall engage in the business of conducting or operating
a camp for trailers within the limits of the Borough of Wenonah, and
all trailer parks, trailer camps and camp parks are hereby prohibited.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance
shall, upon conviction, suffer and pay a fine not exceeding $200 or
suffer imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both.
All ordinances and parts of ordinances inconsistent with the
provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall take effect immediately.
