Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:8A-1, et seq., the Borough of Wenonah
hereby authorizes the execution of an Interlocal Service Agreement
between the County of Gloucester and the Borough of Wenonah relating
to the purchase of gasoline and diesel by the Borough of Wenonah from
the County of Gloucester under the terms and conditions set forth
in such agreement, which is on file with the Borough Clerk.
A copy of the Interlocal Service Agreement between the County
of Gloucester and the Borough of Wenonah relating to the purchase
of gasoline and diesel has been filed and is open for public inspection
at the office of the Borough Clerk of the Borough of Wenonah during
normal business hours. The Mayor and Borough Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute the Interlocal Service Agreement between the County of
Gloucester and the Borough of Wenonah for the provision of gasoline
and diesel, which agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit A.[1]
